Nicholas Coffee & Tea Co.

I was introduced to Nicholas Coffee Co earlier this year, they've impressed me with their quality, price, and customer service. I have family who has their coffee shipped all the way to California, and after trying it there, have since placed a couple orders for myself, family, and friends near me. Both their flavored and unflavored coffees are top-notch and at a price better than what you'll find for similar coffees at other local shops or grocery stores. For flavored coffee, I highly recommend mixing the Double Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter. They've also got some really fun loose tea flavors! As to customer service, my most recent order was lost in transit, and they were incredibly quick to make things right. I'll definitely be ordering from them again when my current supply runs out.

This place is absolutely amazing! I first landed upon this cute little shop while we visited my husbands home town. I couldn’t resist the smell from the outside and had to check it out. Inside? WILD! So many coffees to choose from and the friendliest of staff! 6 months later, I ONLY buy their coffee and lift my nose to anything else! Nothing compares! The selection is incredibly vast and there’s a flavor or style of coffee for any taste! While I don’t really drink tea, my next purchase will include some, as that selection is tremendous as well! I live in Virginia Beach, VA and have their coffee shipped to me every 2 months! It’s easy to order, convenient and extremely inexpensive. I rave about this place and I highly recommend either visiting the shop or making an online purchase. With free shipping over 60 dollars, you literally can’t beat it! Wow what a great crew and experience! I called ahead and they answered all my questions. Very friendly customer service. I walked in and was greeted with the smell of coffee. Although I don't drink coffee I bought Yerba Mate at a very reasonable price. The workers here were extremely pleasant. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Their shop is very organized and detailed. The variety here is incredible. There are so many different types of tea and coffee! Overall the customer service was a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this place to anyone!

They have great coffee but very rude staff, especially the two ladies working there. I went in with my husband today. While we were figuring out what coffee to buy, the lady behind the bar says to her colleague pointing at the only two customers they have (one: me and my husband, two: a white tall guy). Says "can you help this gentleman"( pointing to the white guy) and then points to us and says "and this". This ruined the whole experience of buying my usual ground coffee from this place. We are also buying coffee to drink from them, and the girl at the coffee bar just stared at us when handing over the coffee.

From the aroma that greets you on the way in to the vast array of coffee (extra kudos for sooo many decaf options) and teas we really enjoyed our visit and felt the prices were fantastic over other gourmet coffee locations. The one disappointing part of our visit was that with all the varieties of beans/ground options it would be nice to have more choices "by the cup" to try new flavors and experiment a bit! Overall great experience.
